A townhouse with a total area of 330 square meters is located in the Prozorovo Residential Complex. The style of the project is modern classic. Initially, the attic floor was not intended for residential use, but during the design process, it was integrated into the living area to accommodate the children's bedrooms. During the design phase, calculations were made to ensure sufficient insulation, and Velux windows were incorporated into the design. The townhouse underwent rezoning, and the staircase was relocated. The space under the staircase on the ground floor was designated for the electrical panel. The boiler room was moved to a separate building, allowing for the inclusion of a play area for children and a separate TV system with a console in the living room.
On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a kitchen-dining area, a study, a fireplace room, a living room-playroom, a laundry room, a utility room, and a guest toilet. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom, separate walk-in closets for both the man and the woman, a spacious bathroom, a shared wardrobe, and children's bedrooms, each with its own toilet.
