"The drawings by the young artist Ekaterina Proskurina are simultaneously original, romantic, and fantastic. Her lines are precise and whimsical, reminiscent of natural configurations of metal cuts, prehistoric hunters' rock paintings, and the avant-garde search of an artist in our millennium. In the interweaving lines, one can discern flexible thought and a fresh sense, revealing themselves in a style of metamorphosis. The realism of the depiction mystifies, revealing internal imagery and multi-dimensionality of meaning. The elegance and boldness of the drawings, the richness and depth of content, speak of the artist's rich imagination, individual style, and undeniable talent. This is highly contemporary graphics - unconventional, vibrant, lively, compact, and promising. Through her works, Ekaterina Proskurina engages in a dialogue with the viewer, leaving them the right to see their own secret and thereby inspiring them."

Ekaterina Proskurina is an architect, interior designer, industrial designer, and artist.
An artist of resonant lines.
"The young artist, architect, and designer Ekaterina Proskurina presents a personal collection of colored and black-and-white easel and illustrative graphics, as well as author's wall painting projects. When she first showcased illustrations for literary works at exhibitions, she immediately attracted attention with her bright individual language, which became the author's unique calling card. The distinguishing feature of the artist's easel and illustrative works has been and remains a concise graphic line that unites variously scaled images of figures, objects, and ornaments into a coherent whole. One could say that her graphics possess rhythm and musicality.
The artist's compositionally balanced works possess an important quality: they are equally expressive in both small and significantly enlarged formats. This feature is characteristic of both colored and black-and-white graphics by Ekaterina Proskurina, allowing for the use of her original solutions in the design of modern interiors. Ekaterina Proskurina's works bring a special harmony to interiors while simultaneously contrasting and stylistically blending with the atmosphere of public and personal spaces. The high quality of the presented works is the result of the artist's tireless pursuit of mastering her craft and her constant creative exploration."
