The design of the restaurant, located in the basement of a restored 18th-century mansion in the center of Moscow, offers a unique multifunctional space that combines style, comfort, and functionality.
The restaurant, covering an area of 54 square meters, is situated within a boutique hotel that occupies the entire mansion. This creates an atmosphere of luxury and elegance, blending the historical details of the building with modern interior design.
The restaurant space has a versatile concept, allowing it to transform according to different needs and time of day. During morning hours, it can serve as a buffet area for hotel guests, offering a variety of dishes and beverages. At the same time, the restaurant can be used as a banquet hall for private events, sports evenings, or as a conference room for business meetings and conferences.
A significant feature of the restaurant is a large painting depicting an Italian landscape, which serves as a magnificent media screen. It adds an atmosphere of charm and beauty to the interior, creating a unique aesthetic and giving the space a distinctive character.
Due to the structural characteristics of the building's basement, such as the metal beams used for reinforcement during the initial reconstruction, and the necessary engineering utilities required for the restaurant space, the ceiling height is limited to 2.48 meters. To visually expand the space and give it a more grand appearance, the idea of incorporating illuminated square fixtures was proposed. These fixtures simulate natural daylight and create an impression of higher ceilings, avoiding any sense of confinement and making the space more appealing and comfortable for visitors.
The overall concept of the restaurant aims to create an attractive and cozy environment that allows visitors to feel comfortable and enjoy the ambiance. Attention to detail and a focus on quality contribute to a luxurious and refined impression, harmonizing with the historical character of the building.
This restaurant recreates an atmosphere of sophistication and offers a unique experience for guests. Combining the charm of the historic building with modern interior design, it becomes an appealing venue for business meetings, special events, and romantic dinners.
