Architectural Design section for a cafeteria project with an approximate area of 1000 m² in an A-class Business Center.
The task was to develop architectural solutions for a phased renovation of the cafeteria while maintaining continuous operation. Both temporary and permanent kitchen layout schemes were developed. Here, the permanent layout scheme is presented, including the seating area. The work was done in Revit. Architectural and engineering solutions were coordinated and adapted to each other. Additionally, projects for HVAC, Water Supply and Sewerage, Electrical Equipment, and Structured Cabling Systems were developed under the Contractor's stamp.
